Dmitry Shoulgin is responsible for maintaining and managing day-to-day operations of the offices, coordinating and overseeing growth of Ipsos business in both countries.
Dmitry began his career in early 90's as a quantitative research specialist with the Russian Market Research Company, one of the first research agencies in the country. Since joining Ipsos (formerly F-Squared Market Research + Consulting) in 1997, Dmitry worked as Quantitative Research Director, coordinating sales, service and analytical activities in the largest business unit of the company. Dmitry held that position until accepting the role of General Manager, Ipsos Russia & Ipsos Ukraine, responsible for the daily operations of the company, in 2005.
Education: Dmitry received a degree in Journalism and Foreign Languages from the Peoples' Friendship University, Moscow in 1993.
